Each row in this database is a definition; a rule the automation bot reads to decide what tasks to create and when. You configure the definition once; the bot does the rest.
When you complete or cancel a task linked to a definition, the bot automatically creates the next one for the appropriate period. When a Responsibility goes overdue past its grace period, the bot cancels it and creates a fresh one. Habits simply carry forward; the same task rolls into the next period without any cancellation.
You don't manage the tasks directly. You manage the definitions here, and the tasks manage themselves.
